Stop everything: Twitter goes into meltdown because Justin Bieber's hamster has died

13 Mar 2013 10:35
The Biebs week just keeps getting worse after his hamster - who lived with a fan - passed away. RIP Pac
Pac, when Justin owned him for all of three months
Take a moment in your day today to stop and think about Justin Bieber, because the tiny popstar is in mourning for his pet hamster, Pac, who went to hamster heaven yesterday.
Justin didn't actually own Pac anymore, but we'd still imagine that he's feeling pretty sad after his furry friend passed away in the care of a fan. Also, spare a thought for Justin's fans, who are so sad that they've got #RIPPac trending WORLDWIDE on Twitter. Basically, Twitter went into meltdown to pay tribute to Justin's tiny dead furry mate. It's what Pac would have wanted.
You can't see the tears behind his sunglasses
Pac started his tiny life with Justin back in October, but in December, following a performance at the Jingle Ball in Atlanta, Georgia, Bieber met a group of fans outside and weirdly, gave his hamster to them, telling Victoria McClure of Albertville, Alabama: "You gotta take care of Pac!" She agreed, and Pac started living with her.
"I got chills just when [Justin] asked me to have [Pac]. I never would've thought it would happen to me," she told E! News at the time. "It's been amazing and getting to talk to the team and getting close to the Bieber was life-changing...[Pac] slept on my nightstand. He was beside me at all times. I mean, I loved him a lot."
Justin can use the pain of Pac's passing onstage tonight
But then Pac started getting ill, and last night Victoria broke the news that Pac has died last night, saying: "”Little hamster heaven".
She continued: "He was OUR baby & @justinbieber I still can't thank u enough" adding, in a tweet to the Biebs and his best friend Alfredo Flores, "thank u guys for what u done for me. Having him was truly a blessing & a small beacon of hope! I love u guys!"
Our condolences on your hamster, Justin
Little hamster heaven.
We just hope this latest tragedy doesn't make Justin too upset. After all, he's already had a bad couple of weeks, we just want poor Bieber to cheer up.
At least he's getting some  , eh?
