Luis Suarez has been forced out of Liverpool's pre season trip to Norway because of a foot injury.

Luis Suarez is prepared to take legal action against Liverpool in a bid to force through his protracted move to Arsenal.
The Uruguay forward believes the Anfield club are reneging on a clause in his contract that he thinks entitles him to leave Anfield should a Champions League club make a formal offer of over £40million — a step the Gunners have already taken.
Liverpool are disputing the clause, insisting they are obliged only to inform Suarez of the offer.

The Guardian has the latest from Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers on the Luis Suarez saga:

"I was surprised," said the Liverpool manager of Arsenal's second bid for Suárez. "I've got to say I've always associated Arsenal as a club with class and so there was a wee bit of a game there. For us, it's about moving on and doing our own work. There will come a point where they understand our position. Obviously they have an interest and they put that interest in with two bids which were nowhere near what the player is worth. That's within their right. There is a market in football for players but from us the message is constant. We do not want to sell."
