• This is the  new president of Somalia Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, a political newcomer,  at a ceremony after being elected by the Parliament over outgoing President Sheik Sharif Sheikh Ahmed who conceded defeat, in Mogadishu, Somalia Monday, Sept.
